Vincent Kenman Yee

Director of Ops/ Sr. Case Manager

Vincent is the Director of Ops/Senior Case Manager at Agility IP Law. Vincent’s background encompasses over 25 years of legal managerial/paralegal experience in intellectual property litigation. Before joining Agility IP Law, Vincent worked for 7 years as Director of Litigation Administration at Broadcom Corporation. He managed all aspects of in-house electronic document collection and discovery for a series of large patent infringement cases between Broadcom and Qualcomm. Vincent has extensive experience in the management of large complex litigation and the preparation of cases for trial. Additionally, Vincent’s experience includes M&A due diligence and documentation.

Prior to Broadcom, Vincent spent 10 years at the Silicon Valley law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as a Litigation Manager, and 8 years as a Case Manager at the San Francisco law firm of Bronson Bronson and McKinnon.
