Agility IP Law to Share Bergeson Space

Litigation firm Bergeson LLP and Agility IP Law will share space in San Jose.

James C. Otteson is the founder of Agility IP Law, a firm that was launched in January and is focused on intellectual property litigation services.

Otteson was formerly IP litigation partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practiced for more than 17 years. There he litigated patent, trade secret and other cases involving different technologies.

"We are delighted to have Jim as part of our extended team here at Bergeson LLP," Daniel J. Bergeson, founding partner of Bergeson LLP, said in a prepared statement. "The affiliation between Bergeson, and Agility IP Law will allow us to leverage our collective trial skills, as well as Jim's expertise in patent and ITC litigation."
